The same creator of the Oslo restaurant, has opened a few steps from the Plaza del Cedro, her first store with vegetarian and vegan food to take away.
Olga Vázquez’s veggie proposals have been conquering the palates of both locals and tourists in the city of Valencia since 2014 with her Oslo restaurant located in Barrio del Carmen. It was in 2021 when she decided to expand her business and take her vegetarian and vegan creations to more parts of the Community with the opening of Luleå in Alicante and V2WALK in Valencia.
This last one is the one on which we will put all our attention, a store of vegan and vegetarian products to take away. An authentic food house that offers traditional and homemade dishes suitable for all audiences and pockets. “We were looking to reach an audience that can afford a gourmet proposal at very competitive prices and those who eat away from home, in some way, learn to eat or have a healthy offer when they don’t have time to go to a restaurant,” summarizes Olga Vázquez, promoter of this project.
The decoration and design of the premises follow the same philosophy as the entire brand concept. «The same difference between a house and a home has been sought, making it welcoming, pleasant to the eye, friendly with the client and where you want to stay. This concept is reflected in the materials, the lighting, the color and is supported by the attention given by the store staff », she adds.
It has been the architect Manuel Diaz Nebbia who, through natural pinto wood and white melamine, has achieved in an artisanal way that warmth that is perceived from the first moment in which the doors of V2WALK are crossed.
