This specialty cafeteria is located at stands 169 and 170 of the Central Market and has been working with the best roasters in Spain and part of Europe since March 2015. The design of the stop has been carried out by the architect Francisco Esquembre Casañ.
This independent coffee shop was one of the first to offer a specialty coffee in the city of Valencia, at the beginning of 2015. The following years saw endless openings where what was initially presented as a passing fad, in the end became It ended up becoming a whole philosophy and experience around the world of coffee and its specialties.
The result? A clear, industrial and very careful space that plays with neutral colors such as white, black, wood and grey, where coffee and everything that it entails are the real protagonists.
From this stall in the Central Market they work with micro-roasters from Spain and other parts of Europe. “We always have Red Chair and we alternate between Nomad Coffee, Hola Coffee and endless other proposals that we are passionate about and that are spread throughout Europe,” comment the creators of Retrogusto.
