La Negri is a surprise in the form of a bar on a corner of Benimaclet. A gastronomic space in which Luzvi has captured her soul and eclectic history both in the decoration and in the dishes she cooks.
Inside this small bar with three tables and a large terrace, with ten tables, we find a decoration that recalls the arid colors of Africa, as well as elements referring to that continent. The tour of the globe does not end here because Luzvi’s mother is Filipino, her father is from Cameroon, her grandparents were born in China and Japan and she in Madrid. All this wonderful miscegenation is reflected in the kitchens of La Negri. As she says, “I like the mix of flavors from different parts of the world, using products from here.”
In addition, they have a fully open kitchen so that diners can see how the unique dishes of La Negri are forged.
