La Base, whose circumference covers almost a block, stopped housing sails to become a changing stage. The work of the urban artist Hyuro covers one of its main facades, in an identity work commanded by the Valencian creative studio CuldeSac. In the painting, dozens of people seem to walk intertwined. Inside La Base, these same paths often cross in public events, as a debate forum, as an exhibition hall, as an art warehouse, as a corporate headquarters… An unexpected meeting point.
It is under the umbrella of La Marina de València, the strip of territory that acts as a hinge between the city of the sea and the one that is beyond the water.
