Tactel was an urban whirlwind for Valencia from the moment they opened their space in the Russafa district, as they generated a revolution from art without clichés to becoming an indispensable place.
Challenging the establishment, Ismael Chappaz is now determined to shine a light on contemporaneity from a different location, in an apartment on Cavallers Street. They adopted his name as a tribute to the tactel tracksuits, but soon discovered that the tactel is a unit of measurement in robotics that determines the pixel on the touch screen. And so, daringly touching Valencia, they turned their space into a flash through which to teleport.
