A culinary oasis in the heart of the city where heritage and gastronomy merge. Two unique and differentiated spaces, but united, on the ground floor of a 19th-century modernist building whose interior design is signed by Cosín Estudio.
Guillaume Glòries is at the head of this corner, a delight for hedonists. On the upper floor, a leisurely restaurant with large booths and a kitchen with views and an infinite wine cellar. A space very rich in history with walls from the 19th century, iron beams from the first steels of Valencian modernism, Nolla mosaics, an underground room just a stone’s throw from the Roman, Visigothic and Muslim eras, or, for example, a refuge of Spanish Civil War restored.
The ground floor takes the name of Birlibirloque, a faster and more informal rhythm accompanied by walls illustrated by Calpurnio in collaboration with MacDiego.
