A meticulous project with reinforced concrete, unequivocally modern, adopting a very new language in the city, where the references to Dutch neoplasticism and also to Italian rationalism, North American functionalism and English brutalism are evident.

The building, also known as La Pagoda, was designed as an architectural landmark, a tower in a wooded area, and its facades, which adapt to the dynamism of the plants, exhibit terraces with planters in a line.
