This mural is based on Paco Roca’s comic ‘Regreso al Eden’, whose story arises from a photo of the illustrator’s family on the old Nazaret beach dated 1946.
The illustration based on Paco Roca’s comic specifically for this mural format has been drawn by the Valencian artist Martín Forés on the party wall of the Nuestra Señora de los Desamparados school, in the Nazaret district.
An urban work that pays homage to the neighborhood and reflects its idiosyncrasy. It recalls the old tram with a stop at the Benimar spa next to the beach that disappeared due to the southern expansion of the Port of Valencia. A large-scale evocation of the history and seafaring memory of the Nazaret neighbourhood.
